2. Scope of Services

Progress Way Co. offers the following services:

• Manufacturing & Supplying: High-quality wooden products, including doors, cabinets, partitions, and custom furniture.
• Custom Joinery Work: Tailored woodwork solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Installation Services: Professional assembly and fitting of wooden elements for interior spaces.

Our work adheres to industry best practices, using premium materials and skilled craftsmanship.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• Price Estimates: Initial quotations are based on material costs, labor, and project complexity.
• Price Adjustments: Any changes to the project scope, additional requests, or unforeseen site conditions may lead to price modifications.
• Valid Period: Quotes validity are based on each quote. Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs for prjects longer than 6 month.
• Taxes & Fees: Clients are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, or local fees associated with the project.

4. Orders & Payments

• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or formal purchase order.
• Payment Schedule:
  
  • Deposit: A [percentage]% upfront payment is required before production begins.
  • Progress Payments: For large-scale projects, payments may be required in stages, as agreed.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery/installation completion.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery and installation dates are provided upon order confirmation.
• Site Preparation: Clients must ensure the site is ready for installation (e.g., proper access, cleared workspace).
• Delays: Any delays due to site issues, modifications, or external factors may require rescheduling and may incur additional costs.
• Damage & Liability: We take care to ensure safe delivery, but damages after handover are the client’s responsibility unless specified under warranty coverage.

6. Quality Assurance & Warranty

• Material Standards: We use high-grade materials that meet industry standards.
• Workmanship Warranty: Our installation services come with a warranty for [X months/years] to cover workmanship defects.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Design Ownership: Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Progress Way Co. unless transferred by written agreement.
• Privacy Assurance: Client information will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared without prior consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
